This course is written to support your mandatory training. Some employers require that annual training be performed in the subjects of handling complaints and lone working. This course combines these 2 subjects in an annual refresher course and includes the latest information on your roles and responsibilities in relation to handling complaints and when working alone.

Once you purchase the course, it is valid for you to take for 90 days.
